What are these tags and collections that appeared after installing the app?

The app adds one of two tags to all variants of all products and creates two unavailable collections after installation. 

Tags: spo-enabled, spo-disabled.
Collections: SPO-filter-[hash 1], SPO-filter-[hash 2].

These tags and collections are necessary for proper work of the filter in the app.
