What happens to Points when refund is used?
Our app interacts with orders which achieve Cancelled status through the Shopify admin panel. Note that we only return Points corresponding to product price, disregarding Taxes, Shipping, etc.
The refund is at the exchange rate stated via the app admin panel at the moment of ordering.
