Why Pre Order button is not shown for an out-of-stock product?

Please take a look at the following possible cases:

  • Does the product have the correct Shopify inventory settings to be available for pre-order? Read more.

  • Visit Products section of the app and check if pre-ordering is enabled for this product.

  • Check if the "Add to cart" button selector on the app's Settings page is selected.
