Why can't I see the widget on a product page?

The widget can't be shown on a product page for some reasons:

1. You didn't set up a widget location. Go to the app > Settings to set it up.

2. Your product is out of stock and it isn't allowed to sell when out of stock. To allow selling when out of stock, edit the product in Shopify > Check the boxes for each variant > In the More actions dropdown select the 'Continue selling when out of stock' option as appropriate.
