How can I inform my customers about the loyalty program in my store?

There are several ways to inform your customers:

  • Firstly, you can create a new page in your store that would describe the features of your loyalty program.

  • Secondly, you can enable a badge and/or informational bar with the info in the app’s settings. Once these elements are clicked on, our app will show a pop-up window with the info on how to earn points and on other useful things like the customer’s current balance.
