The main thing is that our app works only in Shopify Online Store. That means that orders created through 3rd party Sales Channels such as "Facebook" , "Buy Button" , "Point of Sale" and etc won't have line-item properties of our app and consequently won't be tagged in the Orders section of your Shopify Admin Panel.
So please check your Sales Channels settings.
