If you want to create any message regardless of the cart content or amount, or if several offers are created simultaneously, then in the Goal section you can write 0 in either of the two fields (“Client will be rewarded if the cart total reaches” or “ … if product quantity in the cart reaches”). And then you can write any info in the Initial, Follow up, and/or Goal Achieved Message fields. The client will see them regardless of what and how much they’ve added to the cart.
