Why my Pre Orders are not tagged in the Orders section ?

The main thing is that our app works only in Shopify Online Store. That means that orders created through 3rd party Sales Channels such as "Facebook", "Buy Button", "Point of Sale" and etc won't have line-item properties of our app and consequently won't be tagged in the Orders section of your Shopify Admin Panel.

So please check your Sales Channels settings.
