If you have lots of products and variants in your store, then bulk optimization process can take up to several days sometimes.

Please don't worry. The process may stuck visually but it's usually running in the background. If you believe that process is running for too long, then please contact us.

Suggestions

  1. If you have lots of products, then it's better to launch the image compression not in a bulk, but manually by choosing dozens of products. 

  2. We cannot fully affect on optimization speed, but always working on improvements.
