RecurrinGO & Klaviyo
Send fully customized notifications to your customers by integrating RecurrinGO! Subscriptions with Klaviyo.
The integration will allow the following subscription events to be synced with Klaviyo in order to trigger Klaviyo email flows:
Subscription started
Subscription paused
Subscription resumed
Subscription information updated
Subscription cancelled
Subscription payment failed
To set up your RecurrinGO! to Klaviyo connection, follow this instructional guide.
In RecurrinGO!
Go to the app Settings > Click the App integration button > In the list of app integrations, find Klaviyo.
If the integration is not activated, you’ll see the ‘Not connected’ label. Once the Klaviyo integration is complete, this label will change to ‘Connected’.
Click the Klaviyo button > Check the box ‘Enable Klaviyo integration’.
In Klaviyo
Log in to your Klaviyo account
Go to Klaviyo account > Accounts > Settings > API Keys tab and create Private API Key for our app by clicking the corresponding button.
Go back to RecurrinGO! and insert your Private API Key in the corresponding fields.
Save changes. Done!
How to configure the flow in Klaviyo
After the integration is successfully completed, you can configure the flow in Klaviyo:
Go into Klaviyo > Flows > Create flow > Create from Scratch
Click on Metric (to select what will trigger the flow)
Search for "Subscription" in the box to select the metric
Select the desired metric and click "Done" to continue configuring the flow
I can't see any subscription events in Klaviyo
After you turn on the Klaviyo integration, it is necessary that all those events for which you want to configure the flow were initiated by customers.
For example, the cancellation event can be triggered by cancelling one of the subscriptions by your customer. After it happens, the event will be sent to Klaviyo in a few minutes.
