Why do my customers receive emails from no-reply@spuritmail.com?

By default, all emails are sent to your subscribed customers from no-reply@spuritmail.com. Their responses will go to your Shopify store email.

To change both sender and receiver email address, go to Notification preferences → Sender email and click Change email button.

NOTE! Use a corporate email. A freemail domain address can't be set up as a sender email because adding DNS records to the domain will be required for email changing.

Once the verification is completed, all emails will be sent and received with the same email address.
